Clients reviews about Hefty Drilling Inc

Although I wasn't able to do business with Hefty, I was given the best service possible. Sounds strange huh? Not for this company! I had a well pump fail and when I called, Hefty was there within an hour. When we discovered where the well head was located he quickly realized that his truck didn't have a long enough boom to pull the pump. Rather than leave me high and dry, (pun intended) he made a call and within an hour I was contacted by a different company who took care of the replacement. I am in business myself and it's not always a good business practice to refer a customer to someone else, however Johnny saw the issue, knew the trouble that we were in and handled things for me. That's customer service at it's finest! Thanks so much! ~ Joe B

I highly recommend Hefty Drilling - they've done work for me in the past and have always been prompt, competent, and best of all, honest. Just yesterday we had an issue with our rental property, and a different well company that our property manager initially called was going to charge $700 and start digging up our driveway. Being out of state right now, I called Hefty right away, and within 45 minutes they had gone to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem as nothing more than a clogged filter. ~ Rodger N

John Kay, answered his cell phone at 8:30 p.m. The crew arrived for work at our home at 9:30, the next morning to replace a water well pump. All work was done neatly and in compliance with codes. I would highly recommend this water well company. Our well pump had a defective check valve and John, came out promptly and replaced the pump under warranty; no charge. ~ John B

Being a competitor of Hefty Drilling, I know first hand they are a 5 star company. Ross is a drill bit salesman known all over the country, and not in a good way. Please don't let that review stop you from calling them. I would have them work on, or drill my own personal water well. ~ WheatonWaterWell S

These guys are great. They go out of their way to show up on time. Get the job done when they say they’re going to get it done. Father son team is super cool also. Highly recommend them ~ Denali A
